The Institute of Mathematics and Informatics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences is an actor in the initiatives related to open access to information and is also a national coordinator of the OpenAIRE and OpenAIRE+ projects funded by FP7.
The institute is interested in joining as a partner a consortium which aims to participate in the currently open Science in Society call under the following objectives:
- SiS.2013.1.3.3-1: Upstream support to the definition, development and implementation of open access strategies and policies and to their coordination in the European Research Area
- SiS.2013.1.3.3-2: Downstream training on Open Access in the European Research Area; (http://ec.europa.eu/research/
