Within ‘The International Cooperation Network for Eastern Partnership Countries’ (IncoNet EaP) project, a third call for proposals for‘Twinning Grants’ will be launched in early September 2016. This funding instrument represents one of the core project activities and has so far been implemented very successfully in two rounds.
