On 15th May 2012, the SEERA-EI project consortium lunches the Pilot Joint Call in “Research and Skill Building in Scientific Cloud Computing”, with participating partners from the following countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.
Due to major administrative and budget problems experienced by our Serbian partners the Call Secretariat was not able to clarify the status of Serbian participants in the Call before the official dead-line of 5th of September 2012.
After receiving an official letter from the Serbian Ministry of Education on 4th October 2012, the situation has been clarified and the Call will be officially announced and financed also for the Serbian partners. The eligibility conditions will be published on the Call website (http://www.seera-ei-pjc.asm.md/) and can be further explained by the Serbian NCP Ms Svetlana Bogdanović.
Under this circumstances and being aware of the small confusion related to the sending of the original Part D annex to the Call Secretariat at a date before the final submission dead-line, the participating partners decided to extend the dead-line for final submission with an additional 1 (one) month.
Thus, the submission application will be reopened on 10th October 2012, 12:00 CET and the new final dead-line is 7th November 2012, 17:00 CET.
The participants’ eligibility check will be performed during the 1 month new submission opening period.
The programme still covers the period from 1 April 2012 to 1 March 2015. The duration of projects may be 12 or 24 months and are programmed to start on 1 January 2013.
The participants, who already submitted their projects, can access the proposals and make any modifications they desire, within the Call and National eligibility conditions.
As it will be a full reopening, new proposals can also be submitted.
