The “Human Resources Strategy for Researchers” (HRS4R) is a procedure designed to supports and assist research institutes and funding organisations in the implementation of the Charter and Code of Conduct. The European Charter and Code of Conduct motivates us to “build” research institutions more attractive to researchers looking for a new employer or for a host for their research project.
The implementation procedure consists of a gap analysis and the drawing up of an action plan to improve HR policies and practices in line with the 40 principles from the Charter and Code.
Research institutes, universities and any other organisations who follow this procedure and act in line with the principles of the Charter and Code can be acknowledged to use the logo HR-excellence in research.
In November 2016, Information Society Development Institute (ISDI) has completed this procedure and was awarded with HRS4R Logo on February 10th, 2017.
In this regard ISDI is the 5th organization that received the HR Excellence in Research award by the European Commission, after: University of Academy of Sciences of Moldova (December 9th, 2014), Moldova State University (July 17th, 2015), National Institute for Economic Research (September 6th, 2015), State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testemitanu” (April 4th, 2016).
The Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM) is in the evaluation process. Wish them a good luck!
If you are a host institution or that employs researchers and you wish to obtain “HR Excellence in Research” Logo, do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will explain the process to you.
